I've gotten a lot of advice in life especially online from strangers. I have to say today i realized that a lot of people will say stuff that sounds sweet to your ears but yet their advice is not pushing you in the right direction. Its just stuff you want to hear.
Then there's advice that is kinda tough to hear but its not stated in a nasty way but maybe you feel sensitive to it cause it hurts your ego and isn't what you wanted to hear. So you reject it as false and mean... but later on you realize that advice was the one that was actually right. It didn't sound good/pleasing but it was actually the helpful advice. Tough love.
