Why does my girlfriend keep thinking I do nothing?

My girlfriend is pregnant and half way through the pregnancy so she's constantly cleaning everything to satisfy herself. Today I woke up changed my 9 month old sons diaper, put him in a high chair to eat, I changed my 2 year old and helped her with the potty training. I fed both my kids, made my girlfriend a bowl of cereal because that's what she wanted. I made myself some eggs. My girlfriend then wanted to go outside to clean the inside of the car while I put the kids down for a nap and then I helped her clean the car. Once that was finished we cleaned our room and sorted laundry together. Soon after that I took out the trash and she complained to me that she did the dishes last night and I dirtied 1 pan and 1 bowl from the eggs I made this morning, I didn't clean the tiny mess my son and daughter made while eating this morning. She proceeded to say "can I ask you a question" I said yes, then she asked "do you just never clean up after yourself". She then sat down got on her phone and went to Facebook to a "woman's complaining Page" where a lot is women or girls complain about their boyfriends or husbands, and she then tells me that "all these people are having the same problem I do with their boyfriends not doing anything around the house"
