Sleepover with ex?

My ex girlfriend is sick and going through a really hard time right now. Yesterday morning I told her feel better and she said thanks send ginger ale. Told her I can bring some (no response after that) We haven't seen each other in 2 months. I thought about it all day about whether I should drive to her place with ginger ale... with no idea if she'd be happy to see me or mad or whatever... but I decided to do it. I showed up and she was like "you're kidding, I'm sick, I'm gonna get you sick" I've already been with her sick before and I was fine so I wasn't worried about it. Soon as she saw me, she started crying about everything and I just kept wiping her tears away. We talked about a few things that happened during our relationship. We cuddled all night watching TV and about midnight she was really tired. She was like "you tryna spend the night" with like that certain look on her face (hard to explain)... asked if she wanted me to leave or stay, said she didn't care. So I stayed the night. Right before bed, I kissed her. I've missed kissing her like fucking crazy. She didn't push me away or say I don't think we should do that... took a shower in the morning, she peeked open the curtain lmao only cuz I did when she was peeing lol but now I have no idea where we go from here or what to do or if she hates me now for kissing her or what she's thinking or anything... need thoughts.
