How nicely does your partner ask you to cook or clean?

My husband doesn't usually mention anything about cleaning (or cooking), because I have plans and either do it myself or call someone to clean the house. But these past few days were nightmarishly busy and I didn't clean a thing or even put things back in their right place. Long story short, the house turned into a total mess.

This morning I was in bed trying to sleep. He came to kiss and say goodbye and after kissing and patting my hair for a while, he asked "is the work over then?" I said "yeah" and he said "great" and stood up to go. Then just before he went out said "and remember, the house is a mess. Fix it?" To which I nodded.

Gotta say, it was a pretty nice way to say "clean the fucking house, cunt."

I called someone to clean but ended up helping her. It really was a mess.

I like to give her a gentle reminder the first few times, then I will get sterner.

I've been trying to teach her that the children are not an exude to neglect chores but rather a reason to set a good example.

I know cooking and cleaning better than most people. Even if I am staying alone my rooms are always tidy. But probably I will not do that in a relationship.

Women don't love guys who can do those work or will help. They date, marry other types of guys, and love complaining about it. All the relationships I know are like this and you saying the same, so it's pretty common. Women secretly consider men who cook and clean less manly, not the strong alpha type guys. This I have heard from actual girls.
