I'm 18 and a virgin by choice. I've been in relationships before but nothing went beyond heavy petting. I've been friends with this guy (20) for almost two and a half years and he's been there for me at my worst and best moments. The thing is he knows I'm a virgin, it's not something I hide, and the past few months he's been saying at every opportunity that I should give it up to him. At first I laughed it off, but friends told me he's been into me for quite a while now. He never showed though that he has any feelings for me rather than platonic. And I'm afraid if we cross the line and feelings will get involved, if it won't work out I'll lose him as a friend and it's something that I dread.
