Why are women I haven’t talked to in three years jealous of my current girlfriend?

I have been with my girlfriend for a three years now. I love her, before we started dating though I talked to a lot women on my social media, Facebook to be exact. By talk, I mean flirted with many of them through messenger and only slept with one or two. Once I started dating my girlfriend I didn’t delete them or anything I just stopped talking to them. Long story short, I post pictures of myself often and I get many likes from those same women I use to interact with. Me and my girlfriend are not a social media kind of couple so we don’t post each other or about each other but today I just wanted to make her my Facebook profile picture because she posted a picture of herself on her page and I thought she looked gorgeous, which she is. My caption made it clear she was my girlfriend but the likes I normally get on my pictures I didn’t get the same amount of likes on the one I posted of my girlfriend and she’s a pretty girl and the picture just made her prettier so I was confused but not too worried about it but it makes me believe those women are just jealous maybe? Although I haven’t talked to them in a entire year.
