My friend and her husband used to look at one another and tap their noses when either one of them felt it was time to leave a party. If the other rubbed an eyebrow, they were in agreement, but if they tapped the lips, it meant, the other wanted to stay longer.
I have a small set of code words and gestures, similar to what you have described, but several of them are related to security. I have a phrase for "danger" and another that means "as quickly as you can, get to the car and be ready to aggressively leave the area. Another one is an alert that violence is likely to happen in the immediate future.
I practice these with my girlfriend regularly, as well as with my brother and a few close friends. I have had to use them a couple of times in the past - there was a 3-on-4 fight on the commuter train after a baseball game between a couple groups of younger drunk guys, which injured bystanders, and I saw them coming and got my small group into a different train car and avoided the fight.
Avoiding trouble is much better than having to get involved. There are no rules on the streets.

I used to date this girl and we had developed all sorts of gestures like rubbing the ear or tapping on the knee only we were like 20 so the gestures were all about sexual stuff we were gonna do after whatever we were in the middle of 😂
It was kinda a sex game because it was fun to sort of hide in plain sight.
And then pretty much any girl any man has dated obviously knows the "I saw that" face lol
Not gestures or a secret language. We just give each other βthe lookβ and we know
Normally yes, especially if you've been together for a while.

Not exactly a secret language but if we're out and something awkward happens we look at each other and we know immediately what the other is thinking.
When we are tired in bed and one says something and we don't want to respond because we are on the verge of sleep we give each other two fast squeezes with a hand to say I love you.
If I did, she'd be all about sometimes, sometimes giving me signs "the okay sign, the thumbs up sign, types of waves" mmm 😋
We know what the other is thinking just by looking at each other!
No, but we seem to know what each other is thinking without saying a word.
Yup not sharing it though
No, we do not.
