If they cheated on you with your best friend, is it possible to still forgive them?

This is just a general question. Most of the times, people dump them and never speak to them again.

However, lets say someone decides to take another route: the one about forgiving and giving them a 2nd chance. Is that even possible? To still forgive those two and have them back in your life? Can a person (man or woman) be capable of forgiving that?

I would never forgive that but that's just me. I would be humiliating having them back in my life still. But yeah I'm wondering if that's still even possible for a human to forgive.

Maybe in a hundred years. I don't want to say "never" but it is hard to see how I could forgive them in this lifetime.

Yeah so in a monogamous relationship I’d forgive them (although I might make them feel guilty first so they don’t repeat it) but ideal in a non monogamous relationship it wouldn’t even be an issue. You don’t own their body so they can do with it what they like.
