How do you heal and get past old hurt in your relationships?

My boyfriend brought up a good point tonight that it seems I have a hard time to not forget old issues or move on from it…

Process through them. Tell someone that can walk through with you too. Stay busy if even a second job. So busy that exhausted and sleep easily. It will eventually fade. No relationship for 6 months.

so how do one move past old problems in current relationships... my boyfriend doesn't like that I bring them back on because I get triggered or anxiety/insecurities kicks in.. so I bring it back up at times or some things I haven't heal and moved on.

Never forget the past. Learn from it and accept it. It takes time to train yourself. I became a wizard at age 18. Most fail to pickup their wands and staff until they are your age. Pump out some magic and push forward mighty duckling.
