Are men serious about having a hard time finding a good, loyal woman?

I never cheated but this is the bare minimum requirement in a relationship or marriage.

I'm coming upon posts about these men claiming either they can't find that or struggling with it. Seriously? Finding a woman that doesn't cheat shouldn't be hard. Finding the bare minimum should be easy.

Perhaps I can understand not finding a loyal man (since men generally have higher sex drives) but not finding a loyal woman? Are those men serious about it or is it an exaggeration?

No, they're dead serious. A lot of women go behind their men's backs and cheat on them. In fact, there are studies and stats that show that women cheat more than men do. One of which being a rising level of paternity fraud cases. It's just that men are caught cheating more. The comments you've been seeing are absolutely real, and are a big reason why a lot of guys are either: A0 leaving the dating scene all together and staying single, or B) going to other countries to find potential girlfriends/wives.

As a loyal guy who's been cheated on by a beautiful woman I can tell that when anyone (Male or female) says that they can't find a "Good partner" they typically mean a partner who's sexy/attractive/beautiful/hot etc. who has many options, but chooses to stay loyal to them.

It's easier to find less attractive people who are loyal (Male and female) but that's not really who everybody wants.

I would like to believe someone's character can also be based on how they were raised at home. I don't mean to brag about myself (I used to get hit on a lot and still do) but someone of good morals won't cheat even if they knew they could get away with it.

Possibly, but sometimes when in very long relationships life gets difficult, the relationships become strained, people drift apart, and temptations can become overwhelming for certain "Hot people." They get hit on every day at work and literally spend more time with their coworkers than their spouses.
Some of them never had the intention to cheat, but nature will take over the longer they allow themselves to be in a bad situation.

I believe most aren’t telling the whole story, whether they realize it or not. It’s not just that they’re looking for a loyal woman, but many are looking for 18-24 year old girls who they find to be 10/10 in looks to be loyal to them when they’re only an overall 5. And *that* is something they’re not going to find, naturally.

No. But the two absolutely loyal women I've found are friends and there are no romantic inclinations all around. In relationships I've never found one. That is very likely more an indication of my broken girlfriend picker and not of a lack of loyal women out there.

Men are totally serious about that stuff; it's extremely hard to find a good, loyal woman. Like @MzAsh said, they probably aren't telling the full story, but women are a hell of a lot less loyal than they want to claim they are.

It can be an exaggeration, I will admit I haven't been real active on the date scene because there's nobody to be found within my age group that hasn't been taken or is emotionally gone from previous relationships.

It should be easy and given guys like girls and girls like guys you'd think they'd pair up quite easily but unpartnered guys and gals are about 36-39% in prime working age groups.
