Best way to forget someone?

I need to get over someone in a very short time. Actually it's hard to explain and I don't know if this question makes sense or not. But seriously how can I forget him completely? Any advice please! I feel so desperate

I've never found a way to totally forget someone. The relationship will simply be part of your life history. Learn from it. Meeting someone new is always the best way to stop focusing on a previous relationship for me.

He is the first person that I felt something. It may sound stupid but I don't think meeting someone new is gonna help me get through this. And I have to see him everyday so I just need to learn to be normal around him. But everytime I look into his eyes I feel so vulnerable

It probably feels like torture, but I can tell you from my own experience it will get better. Try to avoid doing anything that hurts, like looking in to his eyes.

The only way (s) is going to happen is to shift your minds focus onto someone else entirely OR something else entirely. Some people get into fitness for example, after a break up and push themselves to get stronger and lose weight.
