Difficulties in making choices?

i really need your help !!!

basically i'm not sure whether i should apologise for a word that i didn't meant to say and i feel bad for hurting him after sending him that.

two, we were on a break ( yes, it was the same person ok ) and i was thinking if i should just wait for the break to be over and state my pov.

last, i don't know if he sounds sincere because he was drunk yet people always said drunk words are the truth, and he seems to cry before calling me over the phone. so what should i do?
