How should I approach this situation?

So, there is this girl I like a lot at my job. But, she has a boyfriend in the country she used to live in. According to people that know her. The boyfriend is a bit older than her and the relationship is on and off and she is losing interest as he is an alcoholic.

Knowing she has a boyfriend I don't want to get have her cheat on him and I don't want to cause drama. But I want to get this secret of liking her out and tell her because I tried to put not to associate with her to see if the feelings would go away but it didn't work. She wondered why I didn't talk to her much.

I'm just trying to go through this while not being a dickhead and while getting something off my chest so I can go along with my life.
