Well, how much does it bother you? If it's just your feet, well, those aren't exactly a private part, now are they? You definitely need to talk to her about this, but the choice is whether it'll be a "please don't take pictures of me like that without letting me know" or a "get the hell away from me, you lunatic" talk. If she's just taking them and enjoying them herself, well, that's not so bad; heck, if she's into your feet, then you've got an easy way of making her happy. If she's uploading them somewhere... yeah, even without the stigma of feet being something you cover up for modesty reasons, that's pretty sketchy.

I wouldn't like it if a guy was secretly sending pictures of me, my feet, or any other body part to his friend. I would be grossed out, weirded out, and never trust him again.
Let's say your relationship is great for many years, and you never told her YOU had a foot fetish. You never told her you'd like to suck her toes and smell her feet, but she could YOU photographing her feet. Everything else between you is GREAT!
What you feel like if she dumped you because you had a thing for feet, that actually made you even MORE attracted to her than already are!
If she had a thing for feet I would be open to that and I’d actually enjoy it but I really think she’s doing something shady like sharing them with someone or selling them

No I wouldn't be freaked out about it. I may be freaked out depending on the why, but I'd only know the why if I asked her. Which is what you should do, instead of allowing your mind to run while in assumptions.
Ask her why she didn't ask your permission before she sent it. Or, instead of asking directly, you can ask her how she would feel if you sent someone a picture of her without your permission.

If you had a fight about it. And she's not willing to acknowledge that it wasn't ok for her to do that without your permission, then you've gotta set that boundary, and ensure she knows that if it happens again you're gone. Be prepared for her to leave, as she seems like the immature/petty type, and play it by ear until then. Go on living life as usual, no animosity, just acting as tho it never happened after you made your boundary clear.
The big deal is that she didn’t bring it up to me.. she secretly took pictures.. I never got any vibes that she’s into feet so that’s why I doubt those picture are for her
I've never seen that before. It seems she doesn't understand proper boundaries and respect, isn't communicating in advance. At least she did tell you what's going on. I think I’ll end things.. it’s one thing if she asked like you said but she didn’t and that shows a lack of respect for my and my privacy.. she’ll have to find a new pair of feet to abuse

My suggestion is simply don't stress over it and keep your feet and health in good condition. Cause if it is a foot related fetish. Well then the best option is avoid then the "foot cheese/fungus" Cause from my experince thats like the only thing that makes a foot focused individual to run for the hills XD.

Well if its a true foot fetish for herself its probably exactly that if its all feet pics of yours XD. Its not the worst like fetish that can be in a relationship. If I had to rate it from what I've heard and had confessed to me its like a 2/10 in terms of strange, having a foot fetish.
I don't even understand why dudes would jerk to a female's feet. And so it's not hard for me to believe these dudes would jerk to yours thinking it's a girls feet. Maybe your girl likes feet and is afraid to tell you. Maybe she wants to suck on yours.
