A lot of women just love feeling taken care of; the "alpha boss babe" thing is generally a persona they put forth to overcome other people's wishy-washiness. I had a little bit of a thing with a lady in my law school earlier this year. She is normally an assertive, domineering, aggressive person with most people. But with me, I just told her what was up and it was like a light switch had been flipped. In a matter of minutes, she went from tigress to purring kitten because she didn't feel like she had to take care of anything with me, aside from taking care of me.
