Does my boyfriend like a girl he works with?

My boyfriend works with a girl named leyla and I used to work with them, when I worked there at the time he spoke to leyla and I didn’t have a problem with it until I noticed that he didn’t like when I spoke to a guy I worked with about a female he was into that I knew, he told me to stop talking to him, so I did, but then I noticed my boyfriend was starting to get a little close with leyla so I told him to stop talking to her, he told me that he wanted to slowly stop talking to her because because that is rude. Fast forward, I don’t work there anymore and he still does, he tells me he stopped talking to her but every time he tells me this I always find out that he is still talking to her and I also found out that he playfully pushed her twice in the span of 1-3month, his excuse was that he sees her personality to be masculine and she looks mid and he touched her unconsciously because he was upset with her the first time and the second time was a unconscious mistake. And now he is at a concert with his friends and I’m not sure if he is with leyla or not because every time he goes to a concert she suddenly appears at the same exact place he is at, he is a realist and I am very close with his family and he doesn’t believe is physically cheating but there is a doubt in my mind that he might mentally like like her already. What should I believe.
