We were talking about how he doesn’t like to speak to people at work as he sees it as he is not there to make friends, nor does he want to work with people he is friends with so he keeps himself to himself, gets the work done and goes home. I shared my viewpoint which is that I like to get along with the people I work with, I think if I’m going to spend 5 out of 7 days a week somewhere I want to make it as bareable as possible and somewhat enjoy my time there. I think it makes time go quicker and makes me want to go to work more aswell. He ignored me after I said this and I told him I don’t see it as a big issue that we have different views on it, neither are necessarily wrong just different and that’s okay. He went cold with with me after and didn’t seem to want to talk. Am I wrong for being upset by this? And should this be an issue in a relationship?
Superb Opinion
This guy is immature and controlling.. Was he always this way or is this new?

Are you sure he's "going cold" or are you perceiving something that isn't there? Ask him about it.
