Why don't people in West especially US go and marry women and men in other countries?

I see a lot of people have this issue of men and women who want to settle but can't because they are treated like trash for years and then dumped. Lot of them have money but no love. Why don't people just cross the sea for love?

Increasingly, a lot of them DO. This has been called "GeoMaxing" (verb), and the men doing it are called "Geomaxers" or "Passport Bros" (nouns). Americans who do military service or business overseas often get involved in this too.

A more modest version of this is men who live in USA cities with Asian or Latina immigrant populations, seeking out those women.

Or increasingly, in a post Cold War world, Slavic immigrant populations.

But they do, more and more all the time. My neighbor married a woman he met while on a trip to Czechoslovakia. She is great and they seem great together.

Many of them don’t have the financial resources. Also they want to stay where they live as they have family and friends nearby
