Girls, I have a female friend whom we got close even though I know her less than a year. Do u think she is into me? I will provide deatils below?

So with this girl we met not long ago and very close. Now we r very touchy with each other (tickling and holding hands for a short period). We like to talk with her whole nights in person. She always texts me when we far away from each other. And she always interested in my life, and tells me a lot about her own. But even though it seems like she is into me, i feel like she is not ready or she is just too friendly. She never showed any love or affection towards me, but always likes to stay with me, even though before she wouldn't. When we have argument, she always makes the first move to make everything allright. She doesn't have any close male friends which makes it strange why she is close with me because of friendship. When i also told her that if she doesn't want me to touch her or if she feels uncomfortable with it, that she should tell me, but she avoids the question as if she likes it and would mostly ignore my question. We always talk about relationship, love and etc. She is also interested in my previous ones. (by the way it feels like she never was in relationship before. When i asked her she didn't give any answer just laughed it of)

These are always hard to answer because no one can read someone's mind. From the details there are a lot of things that say she is a close friend. There are also a lot of things that point to her being flirty. The touching and goofing around is the biggest one. I don't do that with friends. I would do that with someone I had an interest in. So if I had to guess I am going to lean towards she has some sort of feelings more than friendship and is waiting for you to make a move. Here is the problem though. If I am wrong (and you make a move) and she is just overly friendly... you risk ruining a friendship. That is always the problem with this sorta situation. You risk losing everything if you misinterpret her feelings.

I also forgot to mention she will try to stay up for as much as she can with me even though she wants to sleep (with other friends she won't care and go to sleep). And would be sad if I dont stay up with her

This is interesting. I had male friends before one we were close he started liking me. How I found out. He grabbed and kiss my neck put a hickey. Another indicator if you bring a girl around and see how she reacts.
