Friends keeping secrets from me!

like yesterday they were talking about their love lives when I came one friend of mine said: hi to me for them to notice that I was coming then I notice them changing the topic and I overheard that one friend of mine is shy talking about her love life when I'm around.

Maybe your friend has a crush on you and feels that you would wig out. Do you feel that they can keep a secret? You could share one secret with this person to gain their confidence. That could backlash but then you would know if they are trustworthy or not.

I was taught growing up that if someone tells you they have a secret but won't share it, it probably isn't that good of a secret. Granted this example isn't exactly what you are going through.
