I clicked on your q to see how other people answered, but I wasn't going to answer, myself. But I like what you wrote in the body of the q, so I will answer I guess.
I am very affected by things, by life, and struggle to stay even-keeled emotionally, psychologically. But it might be this sensitivity that makes me a very empathetic and compassionate person. The more I listen to and read what other people think, the more I have come to realize that I am more forgiving and have more empathy than many do. I care about people, relate to their struggling, and have learned I have an expansive heart, more than I knew before. It doesn't mean I care equally for all people, of course, and every person I know and have known are different in my mind and heart. But what I will credit myself for is that I often bring out the best in people. With me, they feel heard, listened to, and often, understood. And I am happy for that.

I like that I genuinely care about other people. Thats one characteristic of me that I love.
Nothing. I honestly don't. I've hardly ever been good enough for someone to be with IRL besides someone that wanted to completely change me. There was someone long distance and I deeply regret that I didn't take a chance. It's been eleven years. My confidence has been shot and will never be back. I've tried everything besides being set up as no one is willing to set me up among my friends and family despite having a much larger social circle and apparently loving me.
I believe that my best quality is that I'm practically obsessed with pleasing others. My attraction is mostly towards women, but if a guy wants me to do something for him, or serve him in some way, I'll often accommodate him, because my purpose in life is to serve others.
Sense of humor and a kind soul (except when my sense of humor gets in the way😂)
I love how resilient, focused, and strong minded I am. I used to smoke cigarettes/vaped/weed for 2 1/2 years and quit overnight.
I'm most proud of my loyalty, protective nature, my honesty and sympathy for others, also my patience, calm and highly observant trait.
Everything about my personality, how logical I am, my thought process, the way I take my decisions without regrets etc.
