My boyfriend gets distracted by anything around him?

since the ifrst date, noticed he would check everything and everyone around him. it annoys me that he gets distracted when we together and when i m talking to him. id just see him looking around him and noticing every person passing etc. it bothers me even more when it's with women. what would u do? what do u think?

i thought about it too. asked him gently and he said that he was once with his doctor and that he noticed how my boyfriend was distracted by the diplomas hanging on the wall etc and said that he might be on the ADHD spectrum so yea, I don't know if its "fixable" though? thank you for ur reply :)
