Let's... admire anon for distinguishing "ol' testosterone" from other steroids. Even among muscle building androgens they vary wildly. It is true that a lot of synthetic steroids are harmful in any quantities, whereas others are non toxic at certain limits. With bioidentical testosterone you needn't worry about internal organ failure.

Regarding anon's last comment, it is 100% preventable and swiftly reversible, the suppression of natural hormone production is really, really least of your concerns when taking high dose external steroids. And other risks, can be taken care of too. Just look at numerous men still thriving in oldage who were pro bodybuilding champions decades ago. It's like they are healthier than their steroid free counterparts, when in our grandparent's era they hadn't even had 1% of the knowledge about steroids that is available today.

For reference I'm the one jumping on and off steroids right now and my mood is more stable than ever, I've figured most of it out how male and female steroids play in with serotonin and endorphins, with that you can cross out the gonadotropin suppression issue.

For another point of view, think about people with acromegaly, they don't make gains any faster or anything.

And for the elderly, if their HGH is declining they can simply do TRT, wet compounds like testosterone without aromatase inhibition very significantly elevates HGH production. I think HGH and even worse ghrelin mimetics are trash supplements.

I probably won't post images... but think how retarded is it to take steroids in esterified forms that keep your blood concentration as high at night as during the day. Androgens increase voluntary and involuntary muscle contractions. So I rather inhale it unesterified before workouts and keep somewhat closer to natty levels at night... (although, I ponder how long do steroids exert action on our body after they already left bloodstream? So, the way using steroids causes low testosterone... it depends, some steroids, for example I can link halotestin trial document, it is directly toxic to the testicles. The common way our bodies quit producing testosterone is as everyone knows, we lose luteinizing hormone levels following steroid use. Now, the only thing mainstream ever does to raise LH is antagonize estrogen receptors. Which I came to think of as fucking retarded.

Before I exceed reply length limit, I'll summarize that no steroids directly reduce LH by acting on pituitary. There are several intermediate chemicals that lead to reduced LH, one of which are endorphins. All steroids, estrogen, testosterone, increase them, they eventually lower LH. Intercept that during steroid use, no low T afterwards. But to do so, steroids must be used "unconventionally."

@SlutSaverVulture I also lift pretty light. I have micro weights that allow me to progress by only.5lbs on a bar or by 1lbs with the dumbells. My current workout sessions is about as difficult as sex. My actual rule is if I meet perscribed reps is to progress by 2.5lbs, because usually my body don't even notice the difference. When I meet failure I reduce the weight by 1.5lbs... it's so micro that I'm just constantly making progression.

I honestly feel nobody is doing it like me, but I think they should try it out. I'm an alcoholic that's lazy as shit, but I get the assumptions out of people by looks that I kill it in the gym for hours or get on gear... naw, I do about 30minutes of bullshit in a very designed to be easy routine.

The calisthenics is the only super human stuff... and I'm only adding that stuff just because I can.

If I were to give my strategy a name... I'd call it micro lifting. The principal of proggressive overload is held strong, but it's on such a micro level that the body doesn't even get sore. It's about as difficult as going to the bathroom.

Similarly, healthy male monkeys given endorphin blockers... testosterone goes up 10x of what was normal.

Endorphin blockade is know to raise luteinizing hormone... but when LH is already raised during an androgen antagonist (what they stupdily use for certain cancers...) then endorphin blockade does not elevate LH. Why? I have two assumptions, main one is that endorphins are necessary step in the feedback loop of steroids lowering LH.
