I am a college kid who started my business 8 Months back... I need to get interns and employees for my startup and being an introvert I am feeling very happy, nervous, tensed on who to manage them and assign tasks and how to act with them especially genz college girls as I am not that good around people of the opposite sex.

Should this question be in the Education & Career topic? Seems like it fits there better. I can move it if you want me to. If not that is fine too. As for the question you can always hire a firm to staff your business. The problem is you might not have the money to do so since they are going to charge you. If you do then that is the route I would take. Professional staffing firms are going to find the most qualified candidates for positions and take care of everything for you. If this isn't an option I can suggest other things but that is my first thought.

You might be able to negotiate with a staffing firm. If that doesn't work you could shift the hiring to a colleague. That is if you have someone else there. Just let them do the interviewing and have them report to you as an advisor type roll.
