If there wasn't such a preponderance of people cheating these days you wouldn't need these tests. It does make you wonder who the father is or isn't.
Due to the world we live in I could probably see his side. But I would never plan a child with someone like that. That comment would close up shop and end the relationship.
He's being cautious and in today's world you can't fault him for being cautious. Men can't do anything about it if they are fucked over. We don't have the privileges you women do
Fair enough if you had just had a one night stand with him but after 4 years his demand is ridiculous. Unless you've given him reason to be suspicious.
Tell him when he goes too ask his mother for a pateenity test then you will alsp take one with her. Also, he's an asshole. And why would you have a baby with a boyfriend? It's some dumb red pill trend.

What's the problem. It a non evasive procedure, just a cotton swab. There are stories of babies being swapped in hospital, wouldn't you want yo know the baby you have is yours?
From Men's POV there are too many women committing Paternity Fraud, it is about time that men had the Basic Protection of knowing that the child that his wife is carrying is his, if you cannot see that, then you have a problem.

I think it's a pretty normal response to feel hurt by that. He's basically saying he doesn't trust you which is very hurtful.
I fully support paternity tests being mandatory. It's guaranteed that the child is yours, he however has no such guarantee.

I'd say it's an indication that he may not be ready to marry you. If he trusts you that little, it's not a good sign for a serious commitment.

I know people who have been in 5 year relationships and still got cheated on. I would also want a paternity test. You don't always know people as well as you think you do.
