Instant chemistry at first sight?

What I mean is: you meet someone for the first time, you lock eyes and you both feel that special spark. Not a simple attraction, but rather the vibe in the air, that can not be explained. I see attractive guys every now and then, but the instant chemistry at first sight, has happened to me only twice. And it was definitely a mutual feeling.

Has that ever happened to you? Do you believe that some weird electricity can flow between two people who don't even know each other yet?

Only 2. When I was in the sixth grade. I'm not exactly sure what loves feels like but I have never felt that way about another girl since her. Puppy love? idk

The second was this semester that just ended. This girl basically mind f*cked me. First day of class I'm minding my own business when I noticed her. We managed to hold eye contact from across a huge classroom. She was drop dead gourgeous but also there was just something about her that just instantly drew me to her. After 2 weeks I gathered the courage to ask her out but she said she had a boyfriend. I accepted it and thought that was the end of it but everyday she kept making eye contact even when I wasn't trying and that continued until the last day. I just wish I knew what was going on in her mind. :/

Happened a couple times. One I ended up dating for 6 months and was honestly the only time I truly felt in love in my life. The others were just very intense eye contact that I didn't have the nerves to act upon. I think it exist the chemistry at first sight.

happened to me once in the last 5 years. it was this weird nostalgic feeling like deja vu or something. like I knew him from somewhere...possibly my last life? I didn't even think I would meet him or ever get to know him but somehow it worked out on its own I never made any effort of my own. we happened to have mutual friends and all classes in common in college which was a shocker. it was magical. I still think of him to this day even though it didn't work out btwn us. :(

I've experienced that. I get a lot of vibes from people, and it helps me to determine whether I'll get along with them or not, it can go further into like, love and those deeper feelings, but it's more rare. I have no idea what it is, but it's such a strong feeling. I don't usually mention it cause I don't want to sound hippy, but it looks like I'm not the only one who has this.

I had this kind of thing a number of times. the first two I didn't have the courage to pursue them which was in high school. And with the last time it didn't turn out good to me at least, cause we were at different stages in our lives, so I had a bad breakup.

Happened to me only with 3 girls in a lifetime.

..while at the same time there's a bunch of attractive, veeery attractive girls, just I don't feel that special thing with basically any of them.

My best explanation for it is that it happens only with people who are the best genetic match to each other.

Maybe I have , but I can't say for sure. There was this one girl at class with amazing hair who I was always attracted to . But I can't it was mutual . Neither did the spark thing happened.

It has happened twice. One of them I had a relationship with, the other one never mustered. But I remember the first time I laid eyes on her, I kinda knew. We had so much in common, mostly video games.

It happened to me once but never since, I feel like she's the one that got away and I'll never connect with someone like that ever again :/
