Some nights I pray and ask god to make me dream of a certain thing if I’m meant to have it.

And it’s happened more than once, I end up dreaming of that thing, is this a sign?

I believe God is real yes.. In fact I feel like I have met him before during my near death experience of way to many energy drinks back in the day..

All I can tell you is he does exist and he is coming back very very soon and he loves you very much.

From my experience with that near death experience though is one day I walked out of my bedroom and collapsed and my brother who went to school to be a nurse saw me collapse and ran over to me and pretty much checked my pulse and didn't find one and said I wasn't breathing because I was choking on my own blood from what was a seizure.. During that time though I was in a very very black tunnel like room and I heard the most peaceful voice that told me I was going to be fine and that an ambulance was coming for me. Sure enough I woke up on that Ambulance and have yet to touch another energy drink again.. Those things are nothing but trouble anyways..

No. This is literally Dream Coaching. Professionals in various fields practice this and it is a learned skill to hone your craft in your dreams, whether you're asking your subconsciousness for creative input or want to lucid-dream to work on your sports techniques.

If you want to intensify this and get more control over it, write a dream journal. Every night before you go to bed, write about something personal that keeps your mind busy right now and then, ask for what you're looking to find or see in a dream. In the morning, you need to document the dream. The more nights in a row you do this, the better of a grip you'll get on it.
