I love writing these things.
Here is my quick take on why believing in equal rights for men and women doesn't make you a feminist.

the advocacy of women's rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes
Feminists and humanists want the same outcome. They want the scales to be balanced.
The difference is perception. For the purposes of this Take, the left side of the scale represents feminism and the right side represents non-feminism. Given the political underpinnings of the movement, this representation makes the most logical sense.
The scale that is below the other one is weighed down by more. If you were to give people two different scales and have them balance each one, the approach would be much different. In the case of scale number one, more weight would be placed on the right side or more weight would be removed from the left side (the image doesn't have weights, so use your imagination). In the case of scale number two, both sides would have the same amount of weight removed or, for a select few sadistic types who would like to see men and women suffer more, equally, both sides would be equally weighed down evenly.
Feminists want equality between the genders and believe the scales aren't balanced. Non-feminists want equality between the genders and believe the scales are more or less balanced. Radical feminists want to add boulders to the right side and completely break it, because they view the left side as completely broken. Or because that's fun for them.
Same thing is true for Radical men's groups.
This Take is already long enough, so I'll leave it at that
Non feminists= humanists/egalitarians (I don't know what the difference is)

BI (Background Info) The definition I used was the number one result on google. It is commonly used by feminists and humanists alike.

I think the original idea of feminism is to advocate for equality between sexes, because women were historically an oppressed population, and they still may be in some regions of the world. The whole concept makes a fair point, but some 'feminists' take this way too far and inflict more hate and guilt on men than actually make positive change and hate on other women who are not feminists. In a way, these extreme feminists oppress women even more through victimisation rather than voice constructive feedback.
A question though - will equality between the sexes ever be truly achieved? (and this doesn't have to be bad - we are biologically different after all)
Feminism sounds good in theory but ends up being sexist and the complete opposite of equality most of the time, that’s why it’s good to distance yourself from that title and fight for equality
Feminism = Misandry
Egalitarianism = Equality
