As a follow up to my post about the current viral pandemic I would like to address a little thing known as predictive programming. It's not something most people know about so before you run into it, I'd like to inform you.
During this pandemic the conspiracy minded people have been going absolutely batshit and it's not a surprise. It was the case all the way back in the plague/black death (a bacterium)
Predictive programming is a concept exclusively found in conspiracy theory on the internet. It's the batshit crazy idea, that tv and movies and the Simpson etc. Show you things that will happen later.
Like thousands of movies that over the past 100 years have torn down the world trade center including super Mario bros were "preparing your mind" for some unexplained reasons. 100 movies have destroyed 100 monuments including the statue of liberty.
To normal sane people this is just an example of the Hollywood cliche of famous monuments being destroyed.
To conspiracy theorist it's proof that either the makers of the movie were informed about it before hand, and referenced it, or the conspiracy was so big that they were involved (1993 super Mario bros)
So there was a secret in Hollywood so big that nobody was talking about it, and everyone outside of general public knows about it, but nobody says anything, because then their careers would be over and Hollywood would be destroyed.
Currently reference is made to the tons of movies made by Hollywood about virus pandemics. (Yes, the movies .. you know the things the rest of us enjoy Saturday night?)
So apparently the creators of these movies are told by future events by the illuminati and asked to hide little hints about future events in their movies, so when it happens noone are surprised.
I know 99% of you will think I'm kidding or trolling, but some people actually seriously believe this. Not kidding. Some even talk time travel non-ironical.
I believe that simple minded people who run into this, might fall for it, if unprepared, think that's what got me to do this mytake and kinda want to tell it so as to make you kinda immune. This is a predictive programming theory vaccine!!!
Most people will of course be smart enough to not fall for it. But just to be sure.
There's apparently a episode of the Simpson where one of the characters hold up a magazine and it says $9 on it and next to $9 are the twin towers and these people say the towers are the 11 so the Simpson predicted 911 without anyone on the staff telling anyone else that they knew the world trade center was gonna be destroyed ( I know, right, not one person tipped CIA or FBI.....)
First few times I heard people like this I seriously thought they were trolling, because I thought noone could possibly be this... simple. .. but they actually believe it.

I get why people have a need to believe in conspiracy, cause you believe in a handful of evil peoples controlling everything, is easier than believing that sometimes shit just happens, is of course easier and more comfortable, because it can (at least in theory) be controlled, but seriously guys...
