Why are people of certain countries or cultures so loud?

It's midnight over here and some girl in a building across my place just turned 25. She and her friends are damn loud. Which annoys me, because I hate loud people.

I've also noticed that people from certain countries or cultures can't seem to talk in a low voice, and some even ALWAYS slam doors, even at 3:30 in the morning. There's also this girl who slams everything. She can't put anything on a surface without slamming it, even when she's not angry. What's that all about? It's like they're half deaf or something. Doesn't loud sound of door slamming that sounds like an explosion bother them? Are they just that obnoxious? Is the general noise volume in the place where they grew up just that loud that they don't even know how to speak otherwise?

It's about having manners. My moms husband... not calling him my step-dad, is extremely loud. He blames it on him being hard of hearing but I'm also hard of hearing and I know how to speak in a soft voice so I know that is BS. My mom kind of deflects this and just says, "well, that's just the way he is. You're just going to have to accept that." I'm thinking, No, I don't have to accept it. It's rude, selfish, and incredibly obnoxious. If he doesn't blame it on his hearing he will blame it on the fact that he has a big mouth and that he can't lower his voice because his mouth is so big. It's even worse when he gets on the phone. Whenever he talks on the phone he talks in a louder than his already loud voice. I'm thinking dude... You don't have to scream, they will hear you just fine without you screaming!

I got to the point that even living by myself I make sure that I close the door softly late at night just in case the sound carries over to my neighbors windows and wakes them up. I highly doubt that it would do that, but I'm not going to test it out. There are a few times where I will open the door, but not close it all the way until I get my shoes on and by the time I get my shoes on the air current current in my house slams the door shut. This startles me so I try not to let it happen to often. But these people that are loud just don't have manners. They weren't brought up in an environment that forced them to speak softly later at night or just in general, or they weren't raised properly as children to know that this behavior is rude, selfish, and obnoxious.

Its called manners, common sense, ethics unfortunately most people nowadays do not know what that even is - but if we are talking about Asians like Chinese people - their vocal cords (I guess) sound loud because their language has a volume that goes up and down ok I am sorry I do not know how to define it so its hard for me to explain ok the English language its one straight line in hertz when we talk - all Latin languages that is but Chinese the hertz go up and down (this is seriously the only way I can explain it)

In some cultures it isn't rude to be loud, slam, doors, or to bump into people. Where I live foreign Asian people are the loudest most obnoxious people when in public. They bump into people, cut in line, yell/laugh loudly, scream into their phones. It gets annoying, but I'm not super offended by it.

I guess thinking about it more foreign people and poor people seem to be the loudest.

Has nothing to do with a certain culture or country, it's about having manners.. Some people do, some don't.

But I do see a pattern with chinese, moroccan, and west africans. The girl that slams the door is moroccan. So is my next door neighbor now, he is I don't know what country but he is an arab as well. The girl who slams stuff on surfaces is west African and the girl who just turned 25 also looks west African (yes, I can tell the difference between east and west africans). And there are a group of west Africans at our church and they could be really loud too.
