Do people treat u differently because your short?

I'm 4"11 and I've always been pretty insecure about my height. Do people actually think of you differently because your short? I always feel really childish and small next to people and I hate it. Does anyone think less of anyone because of their height? im a girl by the way. Also when people make jokes about my height, is it to purposely make me feel bad? Even if friends do this?

lol not in a bad way, but iv been jokingly teased about it, so i dont mind.

Ignore people who do this. Not everybody will care that you are short. Go and make something of yourself and make the ones who make fun of you feel inferior.

But seriously, i love girls that are close to 5'0. They are super adorable, and best of all - they consider me tall! :)

It IS the average height for a male... but unfortunately most women are too shallow to go out with someone my height.

That is quite unfortunate. For them, I mean. If someone is so shallow as to reject someone solely based on how tall they are then they weren't worth your time.

Yeah, i know they aren't worth my time, but that's hard to say when it applies to almost every female. I mean... if a woman is 5'10 i can understand why she wouldn't date me. But what angers me is when girls as short as 5'1 will only date 6'0 guys :(

Im 5'5" so as a man its bad i get called all the short names sometimes theyre joking sometimes there not so just take it with a grain of salt

I'm the same height and I don't let it get to me I hold my head high and laugh at the short jokes my boyfriend lovingly picks on me too he is 6ft 2in
