I guess in all of it one would have to assume that there would be those ready to exploit the system as with many other things. However, I think that in general the way we segregate our society amongst the sexes compounds the complexity of gender identity ever further.
Option F Ban Trans surgeries and let people stay the gender they were born in. If they already had the surgery than they need their own separate locker rooms since they are no longer male/female nor are they the gender they wish to be. They are an abomination.
Locker rooms are based on sexual organ, not gender. Thus, if you have male genitalia you belong in the male locker room, no matter what you identify as.
No I just mean on tv and stuff. When you do see nudity all it is is breast implants, what about us, we don't wanna see boobs. At least make it fair and give me a naked guy. But women are sex objects and men aren't so it bothers me.
As far as the bathrooms/locker rooms and such, I think they should be allowed. I worked with a FTM and it really bothered me that people would bitch about him using the men's room. After all the stuff he went through to transition, and even just the fact that he identified as male, for anyone to try to force him to use the ladies room is pretty crappy and unfair.
I think a lot of people are ignorant about it and they always assume something weird is going to happen. Like locker rooms. I wouldn't give a shit if a transsexual was in there even without being fully transitioned. I think people need to be more accepting and not judge. Let them be who they want and use the facilities to fit it. :)
I think that is a beautiful idea, and I'm glad you elaborated. I also agree that the nudity that is on TV is way too one sided. "Not that I personally want to see butt cheeks or schlongs" but if we are supposed to be "equal" then we need a better ratio for sure.

I'm certainly not going to creep up behind a female to male transperson with a beard and a hairy arse crack so I don't see the problem here.
Right because those testosterone injections are no joke! You could end up with a broken nose sneaking up on someone.
They should just use a single occupant restroom, like the handicap, dual gender, or family restroom. Then we don't have to worry about it.
That's a good suggestion, and a very practical one.
Don't care I think most people would be fine with it in Sweden
I'm sure they would, the Swedish are a very progressive society. Which is a good thing.
Compared to say, Europeans, Americans are much more conservative about several things.
Oh yeah absolutely correct
"Use facilities that transgenders most identify with?" More like what they most choose to be with. That doesn't mean that they have the right mindset.

I've been in at least one mixed locker room, in France.
And no big deal right? I'm curious to know how often problems occur in environments like that. I'm guessing not that often.
How was it?
Any pretty ladies?
@QuestionMan
Indeed, but they were topless at the nearby pool too, thus the only difference was the black pubis.
I totally agree with you, who cares, get with it USA!
Exactly!
Because the human body is a sin and is like, eww gross. (That's what I hear so far)
I know, I look at a swinging dick in the mirror every day and so do 100% of other men "and their wives" so wtf?
A guy in a girl's bathroom... that's not weird at all.
Because of all the reform that happened during prohibition that was backed by Christian ladies
Locker rooms are based on sexual organ, not gender. Thus, if you have male genitalia you belong in the male locker room, no matter what you identify as.
In Murica, yes but just from this topic alone, it appears other countries do things differently and without many issues.
If you are physically male/female from either birth or surgery then it is a non-issue.
I agree with you there man.
Nudity is trashy. We have enough problems with trashiness. If we throw bare giant fake boobs all over the place it'll just make things even trashier.
In what context is nudity "trashy?" In private, public or even in designated areas?

:) yay
It's about parts, it does not matter what you identify as. If you have a penis you MUST use a males' bathroom.
Ok, I can understand
Cause don't no one want to see your ugly ass naked.
But I have a nice ass that only talks shit after big meals.
If they do not bother others I don't care.
The US is way too scared of nudity, yes.
Just a different culture. It's okay.
Absolutely, just live and let live.
Why are non-Americans so unsuccessful and poor?
