Did I lose him forever?

OK so I went out with my boyfriend for a year and we broke up six months ago. But for the past six months I've been desperately trying to get him back and prove to him that I'll do anything to make him happy. We still have sex and hook up every other week and his excuse is he "doesn't want to do it with random girls". I just want him back in my arms again and for him to trust me. But he says it won't work because it's too messed up and he has absolutely no faith in the relationship we could have. Now he's saying he isn't even in love with me anymore, yet he still loves me. I've been so traumatized by being rejected every day for the past six months I feel like giving up but I'm so torn. He said we can be friends but no talk so much. And he also said it doesn't bother him if I'm talking to other guys. So, did I lose him forever?

He is lieing to you he does love you still but he can't trust you for a reason that is between ya I say test him when he calls you for sex say sorry I am dating a guy..see if it makes him jelous if he does get jelous by txting you or calling you then he still cares for you or test him by not talking to him for a week and see what all his txt and voicemails say at the end of the week that's what I did to my ex...if he does love you and care for you comfront him (if the test don't work) tell him I do want you back I know you still love me and care for me I can see it in your eyes I am willing to build my trust with you again I know its going to take time but I am willing to do anything for you to make you happy and gain my trust because this is what couples do they fall apart but they work things out together and that's why I am here I know were not getting back together right now and I am ok with that I just want to know if you will have me as a friend and maybe it will work up to being a couple again because your my other half of my world and I don't want to lose you in my life...you have to stop and look around once and a while and cherish every moment like your last because you don't know what you have before its gone... hope this helps

im so sorry but you really should put yourself away from this situation which is torning you & breaking ur self-esteem. it know its terribly hard but there will be one day when you look back to this & realise how selfish he is.

i think you should just move on sorry but now he just wants you for sex. having sex with him isn't making you get over your past feelings for him your just building them up more and more. so you should stop having sex with him all together and move on
