All these types of news are to gain publicity and nothing else.
I don't think kissing and having sleepovers is illegal. Depending on where you live, sexual penetration or other similar acts is illegal.
Then how about if an adult guy is kissing and having sleep overs with a 12 year old girl? Don't tell me you would justify that too otherwise you probably would do the same.

That isn't illegal, either. You could argue the morality all you want, but where would society be if random people thought it was their right to punish people for things they deem are wrong?
There had been lots of guys who gets punished or jailed for just simply being with a minor alone in their house even if the haven't had sex yet. But the question is, why would he even be there? That's just like of all the the people out there, why a 12 year old guy? This just simply means the law is trying to prevent that act and it's justifiable to punish anyone being like that also because there had been lots of cases where predators get away with it. So that just means it's not just "random people" who's punish them.
The question is about "what punishment should they get" and the only answer that doesn't support random people punishing people is "nothing, because nothing illegal has occurred."
Explain to me how a random people have the rights to punish anyone? If she's talking about punishment, she's talking about the law. So yeah if that's really your idea then anyone can also have an opinion about you. That doesn't necessarily mean they punish you but act on it, the law has the rights to do so.
They don't, I didn't say they did. That was precisely my point. No law has been broken, no punishment can be legally carried through.
