Things have definitely improved i don't think anyone can argue against that but have we reached the goal line? or do you still feel there's more to be done to make it less of a man's world?

Well, I'm not a girl, but the men who run most of the world don't do so because of the way the WORLD is. They do because most of the people willing to work the dangerous jobs, to put in the insane hours and sacrifice the personal relationships, to run the risks and drop from stress-induced heart attacks, are men. I'm certainly not saying that there's NO social bias against women holding major positions of power, but you can't ignore biology; evolution doesn't stop at the neck. If you want anything like parity in high leadership, you'd have to change women.
Frankly, most of them are smart enough to not want it.
I would say this is a girl's world now... at least in western society.
Yes I do feel that I'm living in a man's world. A lot has been done, but it's not enough.
In some parts of the world women are still treated like s**t and have zero rights.
Plus, some women believe that it's ok to be sexist and they don't support other women. It's really sad and it always makes me angry.
Honestly I don't believe that we will ever reach gender equality. For me that's just a dream...
My thing is that society and world are two different entities. The society in which I live in I feel and believe isn't, but within the world itself yes. Most countries snd cultures are still in the dark ages I feel like when it comes to equality between the sexes. And I say this because of my personal experience while traveling throughout the world and being open minded.

Well, it DEFINITELY used to be, but I’m not so sure anymore. The world is changing, and women have more and more power, and control! It would have been nice if neither genders were competing for control of the power structures, but it seems more and more these days as though everything is a “win or loose” competition! It really is a shame! I wish that men and women would just stop competing, and realize that we are equal but extremely different. We both have our own strengths and weaknesses, and if we acted more like puzzle pieces that fit together perfectly, to make a complete picture!
We have no appreciation to the crap and abuse have had to suffer through. I could never do the things expected of males through history. I can't imagine being off to war or the dangerous jobs like mining, deep sea fishing or non-modern and unsafe factory work. Or earlier, blacksmithing or whatever.
I'd happily sit in the corner, sew, cook and clean if that was my choice.
I never felt as I'm living in men's or women's world. It's a world of those who make something with their lives and those who just live to exist.
but a lot of it is dominated or run by men throughout our history. its not deniable
There's been so many changes in the world today, that it's pretty much equal ✌️
For the most part no, but I feel as though some mentalities/ways of thinking need to change on both sides sometimes.
Life is what you make it. If you don’t see it that way, you won’t feel that way.
I wonder if the saying is referring to the male sex or more man as in "be a real man"'
I feel like I landed on Mars.
Yeah, kinda.
