Isn't ageing natural? I am young now but i am scared about becoming old. I don't want to hit the wall especially at 30 also worse is society telling men that they age like fine wine I don't think that men age better than woman don't they become bald and get erectile dysfunction? anyway I am scared about it I don't want to become old and hit the wall. Well they don't. First and foremost, what is stated is that if you just jump from guy to guy living a life of pleasure and using your looks to get what you want, that is when you hit the wall. If you actually make yourself valuable and an attractive mate, then it won't matter because you have a solid relationship with your partner and getting older doesn't matter.

As for men aging, sure, but they peak later then women do, this is a reality. You doln't get to be fine with women maturing faster then men (physically anyway) and then bitch and moan when that also means they peak sooner. Men don't get desirable till they are older generally speaking, women get less desirable as they get older, this is reality. So you can either just decide reality doesn't apply to you and hit that wall hard, OR you can make yourself some one who is valuable beyond your looks and who will utlimately make for a good wife and mother. Society says old women are used up and a throwaway. But in reality, this is the society that has had men abuse women, force them into child marriages and sexualizing minors. Meanwhile they are old. So this type of thinking comes from an abusive perspective. When in fact, women are actually more confident when they are older- typically in their 30s. Even their sexual drive is better in their 30s. But also women are less likely to become manipulated at that age. This is a threat to that society that cannot deal with aging women. Women who start to actually think for themselves, become confident. Youth and beauty have always been desired. But I am also tired of living up to societies expectations. When will those expectations end? You can have plastic surgeries on your butt, on your face, on your lips. But will those things make things better? If the most beautiful celebrities can get cheated on, divorced, will continuing to chase beauty better your life? I'd rather be older and wiser than be older, caring too much what other people think. Trying too hard to follow trends. I'm satisfied with my age. I'm satisfied with myself. That is the threat to a beauty obsessed society.

Society doesn't say anything about old women, they say it about themselves. Men are biologically wired to be more attracted to young women. It is not a cultural thing but a genetic thing. Also I am personally not attracted to confidence, in my opinion it is an often undeserved quality. The reason is that there has been a big change in the way people see sex and relationships.

In the past most people dated with the goal of marriage, children and family in mind. Which meant that partner choice was almost entirely based on the long-term.

Now promiscuity has been normalised and everything is overly-sexualised. The focus of most people is now on short term, with little thought being given to long-term compatibility.

A lot of young people fear getting old because they think their youthful perspective and appearance is the most important thing.
What they don’t realize is that as you age you gain wisdom and perspective, you can become very okay with getting older, can enjoy the advantages of it, and make your choices.
Everyone gets older and older and you reach a point where it becomes hard to function. So, live your life now, in the moment you are in now, count your blessings, and don’t dwell on the past or worry about negative possible futures that may never happen.

It's not that society hates old women in my opinion. I think that some women put off things like getting married and having families until much later in life and at that point they can't find a mate to start a family with.

Men will ALWAYS prefer younger women. There's polls and studies that support this. On dating sites, men's ages will go up, but the age of the women they're searching for is still in the 20-25 range.

The best tip I can give you is never stop working on your marriage. It is the #1 priority in your life, even greater than your children in my opinion. If there's no parental unit, the family will fall apart. Never stop dating your spouse, never stop the spontaneity.

I'm not sure that society hates old women. Our society tends to disregard old people in general. Older women (35+) are less attractive and are most likely jealous that guys are attracted to younger girls. If she hasn't developed any skill in life (many girls depend on their looks for value) then she doesn't have any value to society at large. She will only have value to her family at that point if she has developed house skills.

As a side note, men don't age as harshly as women do. Only some men get erectile dysfunction. Important to realize it's inevitable for everyone to become useless at some point. The youth nowadays tend to be spoiled brats with no respect for elders (although sometimes this is for good reason).

Women of marriagable nature ie virgin were highly rare and prized possessions and a man would work to be able to afford to have a woman. Today this is not the normal dynamic at play in most cases. Men and women can just jump to whoever they want and they are actually rewarded for doing so. With an older man, he will have an incentive to stay with you because in theory he will have a harder time finding a younger woman. So if he has that he won't be able to find a better deal elsewhere. A woman with an older man he had his emotions wisdom and ideally finances in order he will be able to maintain order in the relationship a young man will struggle to. Older men still at least partially play by the old rules still ie desire a family unit and marriage and such. Young men are so turned of by that situation they just assume they will never get married or have kids and plan their life accordingly to go through girlfriends. I can also promise there are no top tier men of a young age willing to get married. If you find a early 20s man willing to get married he is defective in some way because there is every reason not to do that and no reasons to do it. So what man in his right mind would do such a thing? Those with weird motivations that we dont need to go into but one example would be a male gold digger he would be glad to marry a rich girl because he won't care if y'all work out or divorce since he's going to get alimony. Thats one of a few types of predatory young men out there.
