Si almost everyone know what is the use of the name Karen, but this is a definition for the people who don't know that: Karen is a pejorative term for a white woman seeming to be entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is normal. The term also refers to memes depicting white women who use their privilege to demand their own way. Depictions also may include demanding to "speak to the manager", being racist or sporting a particular bob cut hairstyle.
Have you haver met a Karen? Are they really terrible as described? Why they behave like that? I have never met a Karen before (lucky me) and I hope I will never meet one, but it seems impossible, there are to many all around the world.
My question is how is called the male version of a Karen and what are the typical physical feature of him?

First off I swear the woman in this picture is my ex wife. It's either her or an identical twin. What makes it even more crazy is that the description of a Karen is the exact way my ex wife feels and acts. This shit is tripping me out. As for the male version check the picture below. Instead of Karen I usually call this type Asshole. He outdoes every story, cuts on people especially women to make himself feel tougher. He has no problem telling you how great he really is. (He won't show you because he can't but you better believe he can tell you) He loves to talk and he can make a drama queen look like an amateur. Story after story, lie after lie. His chest will be puffed out and his voice will get deeper when he feels threatened by another guy (usually someone who sees straight through the bullshit) this type uses their mouth and puffed chest as a defense mechanism. 90% of the time if you don't back down he will. This makes them butt heart so expect a new rumor to circulate the following week. Also he will tell everyone he's going to kick your ass. KEEP IN MIND ASSHOLE'S ENTIRE LIFE THRIVES OF THE POWER OF WORD. IT'S HIS BEST TALENT! Stick him with a pin and watch him deflate.
I've seen Ken and Kevin being given as answers in different articles online. But I don't think there is a well known male version of a Karen, because during conversations, I heard Karen being also used for men, so I guess Karen has become a gender agnostic adjective.
Exactly, good point, there is no male 'Karen.' But these labels are stupid. People are annoying, yes, but we live in a culture today obsessed with labelling absolutely everyone and distilling people down into bite-sized chunks that others can easily cannibalize. Humans are more than this.
I think it can be used in a way that describes a misogynistic attractive person, but I don't think that's accurate though. That particular chad would just be a misogynist.
But it's okay though. These terms can be confusing to keep up with since they can morph over time or be used incorrectly.
LOL I don't know what you'd name them. I saw a male version while picking up a pizza the other evening. He was picking his up, but he looked at it, and to him it was "burnt" and he pitched a fit over it. As he was showing it to the employees there, I saw it and it didn't look bad at all. There was a small portion of the cheese that was slightly charred but it was like one square inch. Most people wouldn't mind at all. Anyway he was creating a scene in the pizza parlor and telling them that he'd never come back and that it had happened before, etc.
Anyway, whatever his name was, we can use for the "male Karen"... LOL...
So, after I posted this, I got hungry for pizza. I went back to that same place. Yeah mine was "burnt" like that guy's. But who cares. Just means that it was cooked. It was just minimal.
I've definitely encountered Karens when I've worked customer service jobs. Men can be just as bad, but 4 times out of 5 the rudest, most demanding customers I ever served were middle aged women. I have no idea why that is though. Maybe the diminishing oxytocin levels they get around "the change" makes women of that age group more apt to get impatient and act out? I really can only speculate. Rude male customers tend to run across all age ranges fairly evenly, but 20s and 30s yuppie types can be pains in the ass. You know, the ones who are on a date and thinks they'll impress the girl by "proving his alpha-ness" by being rude to waiting staff. So Karens are generally older, and asshole yuppie men tend to be younger. Elderly men and women (60+, roughly speaking) are almost always the most polite and respectful regardless of gender, although they're also less likely to put up with poor service and not say anything, so it cuts both ways.
I'd like the know the origin of the "Karen" quip. I never actually known a woman with a name like Karen to fit the stereotype, while usually "Barbara" or "Susan" is much more likely.

My horrible mother is a Karen. Worse than American counterparts. You are safe with just remotely sad and nervous American Karens.
Yeah they are the nastiest.
Male ones are existant, they are always huge egos and obese.
Both spout crap, shall learn what silence feels like. Mostly lonely extraverted people with low iq. Very disgusting and stressful to be around. We need psychological support to help us stay away safely from abusive them.
That is one definition, there are black and other varieties of Karens. You can have Karyns, Karinas, Karons, etc. Karen is a entitled woman 35+ who demands everything but gives nothing but screams and resentment. There isn't always a male equivalent, bossiness and entitlement are much more a female trait and so many exist. Karen is a female only term unless you are calling a man a female term like (b*tch). Dumb people say Kyle, but you have a better chance finding Bigfoot. That doesn't mean there are not equally reprehensible men, there are buttheads, as*h*les, and jerks, but they are not the archetype of a Karen. There is no true equivalent of a Karen outside of feminist circles.
I have met more then I like and they are really as bad as they sound but a lot of Karenâs are sweet woman they just are entitled. And shouldnât be! Lol! I had this conversation earlier today actually at work. I believe it is either Kyle or ken⌠Iâm not sure which. It hasnât been associated with guys though because most of them who act like that just get loud and aggressive but donât usually ask for the manager.
Karen is not a gendered term. It is like "Asshole" - whether male, female, intersex, or whatever gender the haver identified as, it still stinks and is filled with shit.
I think it is just stupid to refer to women, any woman as such. It doesn't serve any purpose other than to be dismissive. You should only dismiss folks who are unwilling or unable to be rational.
