Why do some feminists think that men are NOT sexualized or subject to strict dress codes?

This is really confusing the many many feminists and regular people who argue something that is clearly not true.

I am genuinely confused. And people say "it doesn't happen. Men don't experience being sexualized or told what to wear." And I'm thinking... Are you sure?

I don;t even understand the conversation I am having...

In the 19th century, the height of the patriarchy, men dressed similarly as today and women wore a variety of whatever they wanted.
