Thanks for posting this question. One or two days ago I heard on the radio that Ashli Babbit's murderer was going to come forward and speak to a reporter. I thought that something didn't seem quite right. Why did it take seven months for the public to find out who the killer was?

You would think that all of the feminists would unite and fight on this one but there is silence and only justification for the shooting. The left needs this shut down. I archived all of the original footage of that and there is little doubt that the entire “shooting” was staged by capital police and actors, and bad actors at that; they weren’t very convincing. There were obvious blood packs, a fake fall, and nothing made sense. The surrounding actors were not concerned that there was someone 10’ away with the potential to shoot them. Pelosi cannot allow this to be prosecuted because the details of the shooting would be examined, discovered, and all of the actors would have to testify. This would expose the false event, false flag, and would probably also expose that Ashley Babbitt was later eliminated.
Sounds like she died while attacking democracy. Anyway, cops are allowed to kill in case they credibly believe there to be a sufficient amount of danger to themselves or the people they are tasked to protect. Crucially, this is about whether the cop had a reasonable belief to think she represented some danger as opposed to whether she (in hindsight) represented some danger.

If you look at the video footage from that day it shows Ashlee Babbitt just barely poking her head through the broken window. There were other guards armed with assault rifles just watching while trigger happy Michael Byrd shot her through the neck. An unarmed woman that was a foot shorter and probably a hundred pounds lighter that he said made him fear for his life.
If a Muslim was climbing through a broken window over a barricade with a rucksack on their back into a room containing VIPs and their police bodyguards, what you you think would happen?

A peaceful protester wouldn't have broken into the capitol building and try to climb over a barricade when a security officerwith a gun was telling her to stop. She was basically asking death and received it as ordered.
You have armed guards protecting the building, they have no doubt given warning that they are armed and will fire their weapons if you continue so if you continue and get shot that it is on you, not the guard.

Im not sure you know what speculation is, there is a video of what happened in the Floyd case, there is no need to speculate, he was begging for his life, he wasn't resisting arrest, that was quite obviously unneccessary force.
I am willing to accept that there maybe some question as to whether or not deadly force was justified in the Babbitt case but she was taking part in what you could quite reasonably call insurrection.
This isn't a peaceful protest we are talking about, the Capitol building WAS under siege, the people inside that building had every reason to believe that their lives were in danger.

Well, keep in mind that the legal definition of murder changes from state-to-state as does manslaughter and some other related terms.
In Minnesota, Floyd's killer, Derek Chauvin, was convicted on three counts:
COUNT I: Unintentional second-degree murder while committing a felony COUNT II: Third-degree murder, perpetrating an eminently dangerous act evincing a depraved mind. COUNT III: Second-degree manslaughter, culpable negligence creating an unreasonable risk.
Judge Peter A. Cahill issued the sentence in the Sentencing Order and subsequently was required to explain why he gave the sentence that he did with his Memorandum Opinion.
Because counts II and III are lesser, they were "unadjudicated" meaning that, in this case, no sentencing occurred by this judge.
This was the actual sentence:
As sentence for Count I: 1. The Court commits you to the custody of the Commissioner of Corrections for a period of 270 months. You are granted credit for 199 days already served. 2. Pay the mandatory surcharge of $78, to be paid from prison wages. 3. You are prohibited from possessing firearms, ammunition, or explosives for the remainder of your life. 4. Provide a DNA sample as required by law. 5. Register as a predatory offender as required by law. 6. The attached Memorandum Opinion is incorporated by reference.
You should read that document. I did. I thought that the judge was fair. Personally, I felt Chauvin deserved more, but I am fine with what Judge Cahill gave and his reasoning is good.
Oh, I forgot to add the Conclusion in the Memorandum of Opinion:
CONCLUSION Part of the mission of the Minneapolis Police Department is to give citizens “voice and respect.” Here, Mr. Chauvin, rather than pursuing the MPD mission, treated Mr. Floyd without respect and denied him the dignity owed to all human beings and which he certainly would have extended to a friend or neighbor. In the Court’s view, 270 months, which amounts to an additional ten years over the presumptive 150-month sentence, is the appropriate sentence.
I have no idea whether OJ committed those crimes or not. I suspect he did or had someone do it. However, the prosecution did a shitty job and so they lost the case. The jury acquitted.
As for Ashli, do I feel bad? Yeah - I feel bad that she was not intelligent enough to avoid being duped and not in control enough of her emotions such that it put her in a situation that got killed.
As for my empathy, I have it for actual Americans, not traitors which is what she became during the riot. I have no mercy for traitors. They should be shot with it broadcast on YouTube for all would-be traitors to see.
