I was a sheltered 16 year old having to testify in front of a group of adults about what id seen, heard and experience. I hadn't even had my first kiss at that point, and all of a sudden I'm a witness in a sexual abuse case involving at least 3 minors. Imagine if you had a 16 year old daughter that had to deal with that.

Definitely. I had to testify to something non-sexual when I was 17 and even that was nerve wracking. I can’t even imagine having to testify at 16 to sexual abuse.

Well it was a closed Grand Jury, and the prosecutor because of the minor involvement but it was graphic because everything that happened had to be talked about.
