Actual peaceful protests and not "mostly peaceful" protests are fine. Even when I don't agree with them, they're well within their rights to do so ~99% of the time.
Whether I agree with them or not, it’s the most American value. The freedom to express oneself in person and in the public forum is huge, as long as it is peaceful.
Like them when they don't escalate to violence. Protest what you want. But, when you destroy other people's property or worse, you should go the fuck to jail.
I have been with the black panthers , I have been with the proud boys, I have been with anti pipe line people and many others. Peaceful but loud protests are great as long as they do no damage to people or property.
It's great that they're being peaceful but I think they're wasting their time because peaceful protests don't change anything. Also "peaceful" protests can be hijacked by violent groups.
As long as they don't interfere with other people's lives, they're fine with me. In fact I think that civil disobedience is one of the best types of protests you can possibly do.
I guess you could try working for the government or place of power that you disagree with their way of doing things other than that not much you can do I feel
If you're gonna ask a question about peaceful protestors, you should actually post pictures of peaceful protestors. It's amazing what they call "peaceful" these days.
Well, it depends. If I agree with their cause, then I support them, as long as they are really peaceful and polite. But, I'm sorry, but very often some people just make a living from such protests.

Negative freedom of speech and hurting words against others shouldn't be
They aren't always negative though, they could be arguing for things like higher wages, or something. They may want positive productive things
100% positive, even if I disagree. I know I can go out there with a picket fence of my own opposing their position.
When they actually are peaceful that is great. However, recent events have shown how quickly they can turn into riots.
Peaceful protests are fine. Thats why we have a 1st amendment. Riots are not fine thats why we have a 2nd amendment

Protesting only works if those in power can benefit from the cause. Sorry to burst your bubble.
Really? So those in power benefited from withdrawing from the Vietnam War, ending segregation, giving women the vote?
Just seems like a big waste of time to me, get a job
what if they have a job and doing this on their time off?
Do whatever just seems pointless to me
how else do you think they should express their free speech? what do you think is more effective?
I dont know the answer to that but nothing really seems to be effective
so just give up expressing your discontent with things?
No you can do whatever you want i just dont feel like protesting accomplishes anything
and yet you can't think of any other way that is effective?
I guess you could try working for the government or place of power that you disagree with their way of doing things other than that not much you can do I feel
As long as they are actually peaceful and not destroying the community, they can protest all they want
Why would I be against protests unless I hated humanity?
I attend protests all the time

Whats not peaceful about these?
Well, it depends. If I agree with their cause, then I support them, as long as they are really peaceful and polite. But, I'm sorry, but very often some people just make a living from such protests.
As long as their protest remains civil I don't have any problems with it.
Negative. Peaceful protests dont do shit. The state only responds to violent acts
Problem is they have a problem with protesting yet they said nothing bad about those trump supporters terrorists at the capital. Yea I support it
I think republicans hate whatever they don't agree with
