Why is there no German word for "Gold Digger"?

In American and British English (and perhaps Canada too) the original term gold digger was founded. Although I am not sure why gold and why digger. Money digger would at least make more sense to be honest. There is also kept woman but I didn't see it being used.
In Spanish there is chapiadora or chapi for the shortened version.
In Russian there is содержанка (soder-zhanka).
In Ukrainian there is утриманка (utrimanka).
In Japanese there is ゴールドディギング (Gōrudodigingu).

But I haven't seen this term in German yet. The most I found was an online website describing to the readers in German what gold digger means. https://www.bedeutungonline.de/was-ist-ein-golddigger-gold-digger-bedeutung-auf-deutsch-uebersetzung-definition/

Is that because German women aren't gold diggers and instead are career focused women?
