If a guy is interested in a girl and he's testing the waters, will he for an example rather say "It's not our problem" than just say "it's not my problem?" just to refer to you two as a couple? If a guy say something like "it's not our problem" when talking about some drama between some friends of ours.. Did he test the waters with me? Have any of you guys used this method to test the waters with a girl you like?

No, guys don't play mind games like saying "our" instead of "my" to "test the waters". Either he wasn't pay much attention to what he was saying or he meant to say "our" simply because he felt it didn't concern either of you.
I simply asked because I read on a site that guys tend to say "we" instead of just "I" when talking to a girl they like, just to refer to them as a couple and then see if she objects/reacts on it.
Was what you read written by a woman?
I think it was written by a man actually.
