Nobody should be proud of something they have no control over.
There is no reason to be proud of race. Be proud of the type of person you are not the skin colour
White power!… the number of dislikes this comment would get tells you the state of the country…

As in being proud of your blonde hair or naturally long eyelashes, or as in being part of the race that conquered the world?
My skin color is neither an accomplishment nor a failure, therefore I'm neutral.
What is there to be proud of, for any ethnicity? It is an accident of birth, not an accomplishment.
