Recently I saw a 30yo woman mention how she'd date someone AT MOST 30 years older than her, and another woman questioning her mental health. Thoughts?

I won't be providing names, but for context, this was the brief conversation:

Person A: What is the maximum age gap you would have with the person you are dating?

Person B, 30 year old woman: Prob 25-30 years older would be the oldest

Person C, 31 year old woman: some women need mental help.

A 30 year old woman who would be willing to date a man up to age 60 does actually need mental help.

Society conditioned people to think a specific way about specific things, causing people to act irrationally in response to it.

I think people in general are often weirded out by major age gaps. I've never dated a man 30 years older, but I am (very happily) married to a man 15 years younger. I've been called MILF, cougar, told I was obviously having a midlife crisis, assumed I was only interested for his body/the sex, people tell me he's a gold digger (which is interesting since he actually makes quite a bit more money than me), tell me he'd leave me for a younger woman, and just think I'm plain crazy.

It was really hard at first. But (believe it or not) we truly are in love. Consequently, we were able to figure out how to handle it well (and it became a lot easier once our families became supportive). Now I just let it roll off my back. In fact, I'm pretty sure a lot of the super judge-y women my age are just jealous they can't snag a young, sexy guy like me. When I see those women act all disgusted or judgmental I make sure they see me smack a long, passionate, sexy kiss on my man (and see my grab his ass or feel his muscles). I then give them a look that says 'don't you wish you could do that?' I actually get jealous looks pretty often (although they sometimes try to hide it). It's so satisfying! Haha

there's nothing wrong with that since neither of them are going to be minors. it's just personal preference.
