Conservatives is abortion first-degree murder?

I’m sure most conservatives will say that abortion is first-degree murder and then I would say first game murders should be executed right? So if abortion is first-degree murder why are we not fighting for the execution of the abortion Doctor Who is essentially a hired hitman to take out a woman’s unborn child? Should we be executing the doctor and the woman? By the way I’m not talking semantics this is what I actually believe since abortion is first-degree murder and I think first-degree murderers should be executed it would make sense to not only execute the abortionist but execute the woman who set up the abortion itself.

Not sure, it is definitely killing, pre meditated, so maybe by law it is.

The kid has no chance without the parents, forcing the kid into the world without fixing the parental issue is worse than murder in most cases. going to end up with babies in trash cans again.

Humanity has always been a mental/emotional case. Jesus tried to fix it... it's a tough bunch. if they can't find or love Jesus, then there's no chance, better off not coming here.

I'd rather talk about beating people for bad relationship behavior and social standards to avoid these scenarios.

I have a weird, sort of in the middle, stance on this that usually pisses both sides off and prevents me from discussing these topics... I dont think it should be completely illegal, but I also think abortion is the purposeful ending of a life. I sort of take the bill clinton stance on it, that it should be safe, legal and hopefully rare. There are many cases where outright banning could do more harm than good

In America, it’s only murder to those who don’t understand that words have meanings, and those meanings are writing down for all to see. Don’t believe me? You should check out a dictionary. It explains a bunch of meanings for a bunch of words.
Pretty handy those dictionaries are. You can find it right on the internet too.
Just Google the word dictionary and you’ll be on your way to understanding the meanings for many, many words.

Legal, So killing an unborn child is not the premeditated killing of a child? Regardless of legality that seems like murder to me. If the United States government sanctioned the killing of Nicolas maduro today by sniper rifle isn’t that the same thing as murder Nicolas maduro.

No, the missing word isn’t legal. It’s illegal. It’s the illegal talking of a life of another human. Even premeditation isn’t required for a murder charge. Second degree murder is literally murder without premeditation. The taking of a life must be illegal for it to be murder.

If the states went in that direction, how would they investigate an abortion without violating privacy as women who experience miscarriages can have signs and symptoms similar to induced medical abortions?

Yeah I know but I was refering to the fact that the signs and symptoms of a miscarriage are similar to that of a medication abortion. So how would such laws crimilizing abortion be enforced in cases where a women presents to an emergency room with symptoms of a miscarriage? What in these cases would be considered a reasonable basis to establish probable cause to investigate whether it was a true miscarriage or the result of a medication abortion?

So states that ban abortion conflict ban the important and sale of these drugs, of course state boarder patrol would need to be implanted, which it is form Oregon to California when I drove to California to visit the national parks there was a board of patrol that questioned if I had any local fruit or not the same thing could be set up for abortion drugs. Yes every single car would have to searched. But time spent is better than the death of an innocent child

Sure they do, It’s also better then having the tax payers feeding the people who have life sentences, if someone has really committed a crime that they should spend the rest of there life in prison execution is a better method of taking care of the problem rather then having to be a burden on society by forcing the tax payers to feed and take care of criminals. Execute them and be done with the criminal
