Yeah I heard about this a while ago. I 100% agree it’s justifiable homicide IF the pedo is caught in the act. I would of done the same thing and beat the piece of shit to death myself.
However just to play very remote devils advocate here. What if someone wanted to kill someone else and made up a lie that “they were molesting my kid”. Not likely but not impossible. I actually heard of an attempted murder situation where the crazy guy got it in his head that an acquaintance of his was molesting his kids. He tried to stab the guy. But it was thoroughly investigated and the molestation charges were completely false
Anyway I bet the police detectives (hopefully) did their job and found the 5 year old girls DNA on the rapist’s body. If they did it’s almost airtight proof about what he was doing. Punishment fits the crime.
Just read the article. This is an art tight case for sure. The father even tried to save the rapist life after beating the shit out of him (he called the paramedics). Forensic examination totally matched up to his story. Justice served.
@worldscolide below is a devils advocate example story right here. Idiot parents weren’t watching their 2 year old daughter at a softball game and a Good Samaritan saw she was lost. He picked her up and tried to help her find her parents. The father mistook this as a kidnapping and beat the crap out of the guy. However after police explained that this guy was really trying to help the father refused to apologize and instead posted pics all over social media of the Good Samaritans identity calling him a pedo (and he’s definitely not).

I agree with what he did, but the law is the law and doesn't change just because you "agree" with the criminal. I DO think he should be punished IF the judge and jury feels he should, but given the lightest sentence possible for such a charge, as well as being put in the least dangerous prison.
