Annoying Neighbor Kids?

I live in an apartment complex and it’s pretty small with a small atrium in the middle. There is about 22 apartments total and it’s 11 on each floor, 2 stories tall.

There is two sets of families that do not watch their kids they let them run around and scream and let them knock on the windows and bang on the door. They are ages 2-7. They let them run around without adult supervision.

It’s about 50 feet long but the kids like to hang out outside my window and bang it as well as they kick the ball in the entrance of the building, so much that they have broken it 5 times already. The manager has told them but after a couple of weeks the parents let them start again.

I’m wondering what I can do, the parents are not attentive at all. More than likely let them loose so they won’t bug them rather to Harass all the neighbors.

They run around screaming and running up and down the stairs. I’m so annoyed at this point the kids are super disrespectful, as far as I know I’ve never seen an adult with any of the kids even the under age 4 ones who are also let running up and down the stairs.

What would you do in my position? Would you shrug it off? I’m tired of them not listening when I tell them to stop. I can handle the screaming but not the banging on my door or the banging on my window. If the parents don’t listen to the apartment manager I’m not sure they’ll even listen to me.
