Long story short, I am constantly being hurt. Racially profiled and gaslighted. I HATE IT HERE in Pasadena. I want to move to Glendale.

I have faced a lot of racial discrimination and gaslighting, mostly indirect, by people trying to make me have a "feel good" mentality. Ever since a Hispanic girl from a high school (where I used to go) blocked me off of Instagram I have never felt the same and I have started to trust people much less.

Today at LA Fitness I was recording myself teaching weight loss tricks with a one-liter Gatorade bottle and this boomer karen (guy) accused me of recording him. I never felt discriminated or gaslighted like this before, but when I told on him to an employee (both people are white, the employee has a 999 tattoo with a reverse Christian cross symbol), and explained to him about the racist situation (because IT WAS RACIST duh), I was gaslighted and asked upon, "How was it racist?" As if he was CONDONING the karen's behavior...

Screw you Joe Biden and screw you Donald Trump for allowing people to treat my people like sh*t... Ron DeSantis is the only non-divisive way forward

Honestly, I think gyms should ban the idea of recording yourself at the gym unless if you are a trainer that works there or an instructor for one of their classes. It’s unfair to the people around you when you are recording and invading their privacy. Gyms are places that require you to be vulnerable and sometimes that extremely hard for people to do and even harder when you have people constantly recording their work outs for no good reason

It’s not discrimination, it’s you being inconsiderate about people around you and forgetting what the gym is actually for. Put yourself into other peoples shoes. There’s people there with insecurities, learning confidence and trying to fix their confidence and you are disrupting their privacy of trying to get their confidence levels up. Your attention seeking videos are not more important than another persons privacy. This is where growing up and not calling people Karen’s because you didn’t get your way comes into play.
