That's really the issue that is increasing one portion of turnout this election. Obviously those that don't care probably aren't voting in this midterm.

Midterms wereon Tuesday. Half of the elected offices (nationally) were voted on. Several state propositions were voted on (mostly involving abortion rights), and a red wave was expected. Regardless of what happens when the dust settles, people want women to choose whether or not they want an abortion, there wasn't a rex wave, and Democrats did better than expected. There was also a higher turnout than expected.
